Project Description: From Concept to Creation
1. The Design Phase: Engineering Elegance
The journey of the Luxélia booth began with a mandate to create an ultra-premium, open-concept environment that functions as beautifully as it looks. Captured across the comprehensive multi-angle renders in Luxélia, the design language balances organic, fluid forms with a rigid, modular architectural framework.
The Conceptual Anchor: The defining feature of the design is the massive, 3D chocolate splash sculpture enclosed within a glowing, gold-rimmed circular arch. This central focal point was engineered using advanced 3D modelling to maximise visual impact from the aisle while remaining structurally balanced.
Zoning and Flow: The “Top View” layout illustrates a highly strategic floor plan. The front periphery utilises curved, low-profile counter bays to welcome attendees without creating physical barriers. The interior smoothly transitions into dual-sided hospitality zones featuring contemporary white seating and a central back-wall premium tasting counter.
Smart Component Mapping: To streamline the transition from digital render to physical assembly, every architectural bulkhead, integrated showcase shelf, and recessed LED channel was designed as an interlocking modular segment.
2. The Material & Brand Integration
A crucial step in bridging the design and build phases was the strict curation of a high-end material palette. As detailed in Luxelia, the structural surfaces are unified by a rich Dark Chocolate Wood Finish that establishes immediate thematic depth.
Premium details are woven throughout:
Metallic Highlights: Polished Gold Metallic Accents trim the sweeping circular headers and structural arches, bouncing light across the space.
Texture Contrast: Seamless Cream Stone flooring offsets the deep wood tones, while luxurious Dark Marble Countertops anchor the interactive display and tasting surfaces.
Atmospheric Illumination: Continuous tracks of Warm LED lighting are embedded flush into the bulkheads and custom display alcoves, providing a soft, golden ambience that replicates a high-end boutique retail environment.
Graphic Cohesion: The brand elements—including the gold leaf logo, bespoke patterns, and thematic typography—are intricately integrated into custom-milled branded panels and structural columns.
3. The Build-Up & Execution Strategy
Translating an ambitious design like the Luxélia pavilion into a physical structure under tight venue timelines requires a highly systematic build-up sequence:
Phase 1: Floor Sub-Structure & Wiring: The process begins by laying out the precision floor grid directly onto the venue hall. A raised platform accommodates the cream stone finish flooring while cleanly routing the extensive electrical wiring needed for the integrated showcases, pendant lights, and central LED media wall.
Phase 2: Modular Framework Erection: The load-bearing columns and the sweeping curved bulkheads are erected using a pre-fabricated interlocking system. By utilising modular components pre-finished in the workshop, on-site carpentry, sawing, and heavy painting are eliminated.
Phase 3: Centrepiece & Feature Installation: The pre-moulded 3D chocolate sculpture is securely anchored into its central circular housing. Simultaneously, the overhead spherical glass pendant lights are suspended from the ceiling trusses to perfectly align over the display counters.
Phase 4: Cladding, Tech, & Detailing: Custom graphic panels, marble countertops, and glass product cases are locked into position. The final phase involves integrating the digital display screens on the back wall, completing fine lighting calibrations, and a meticulous detailing process to ensure the stand is pristine for opening day.
