1. Architectural Design & Spatial Mapping

The design phase for the Chidkali Airline pavilion required a highly systematic approach to multi-level space planning, successfully optimizing a large-scale footprint into distinct public, hospitality, and corporate tiers. The exterior structural envelope directly translates aerospace geometry into physical forms, incorporating a sweeping tail-wing silhouette on the left facade and custom-milled fuselage windows along the upper right bulkheads. Positioned at the primary corner entry is the booth’s anchor focal point, which is a hyper-realistic jet engine turbine sculpture engineered with an inner golden LED glow to draw immediate aisle traffic.

The interior space is divided strategically across two levels to manage guest flow. The ground floor layout functions as a high-traffic public and hospitality engagement zone, housing an illuminated front reception podium, multiple open lounge seating clusters, and a centralized “Chidkali Café” equipped with digital menu displays and a full-service serving counter. Conversely, the upper floor layout is reserved strictly as a B2B VIP zone dedicated to high-level corporate meetings. Accessible via an integrated staircase, this double-decker tier features two fully enclosed, sound-insulated glass meeting rooms flanking a central open-front “Partner’s Podium” dedicated to corporate alliance branding.

2. On-Site Production & Structural Engineering

Executing a weight-bearing, double-story exhibition stand under strict venue timelines demanded rigorous engineering standards, precise workshop pre-fabrication, and a highly systematic on-site assembly sequence. The build-up initiated with Phase 1, which involved laying a heavy-duty reinforced steel chassis foundation engineered to distribute the dead weight of the upper tier and the live weight load of corporate guests safely across the venue floor. This was immediately followed by Phase 2, where the primary load-bearing pillars and large curved bulkheads were raised using a pre-fabricated interlocking modular system built in our workshop, eliminating on-site carpentry and allowing the team to cleanly clad the structure in high-gloss white and matte navy panels with seamless joints.

The structural assembly continued into Phase 3 with the precision anchoring of the cantilevered staircase to the main frame, which included installing recessed LED safety tracks under each step and mounting polished glass balustrades with gold metallic handrails across the entire upper deck balcony for secure, unobstructed visibility. The production concluded with Phase 4, focusing on extensive AV, lighting, and final fit-out. This final stage involved integrating flush-mounted digital screens in the meeting rooms and the central partner board, calibrating recessed warm LED strips along the architectural arches and baseboards, and positioning premium loose furniture, gold metallic brand typography, and interior biophilic styling.
