Gulfood is one of the world’s largest food and beverage trade shows. The 2027 edition is scheduled for 15–19 March 2027 across Dubai World Trade Centre and the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai. Timeline for Gulfood 2027
Start 10–12 weeks before the show, which means briefing your builder by December 2026. Plan extra time for kitchen equipment, plumbing and electrical connections, which venues often need to approve in advance.

As a rough market guide, a fully custom stand in Dubai is often priced in the region of AED 4,000 per square metre. Kitchens, cold storage and plumbing add to the budget, so ask for a quotation that lists them separately from the stand structure.
